When plans need to change.

Sometimes life shifts unexpectedly. A little notice helps make that appointment available to someone else.

Cancellations

Notice creates room for everyone.

If you need to move or cancel your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice where possible.

A cancellation made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or an appointment that is not attended, may be charged up to 100% of the session fee. The amount depends on the notice given and the circumstances.

Unexpected things do happen. If circumstances were genuinely outside your control, contact Rachel so they can be considered individually. This policy does not exclude any rights you have under Australian Consumer Law.

Changing a booking

Let Rachel know as soon as you can.

Use the change or cancellation option in your Halaxy confirmation, email info@hiskinsartstherapy.com, or call 0455 374 288.

Appointment fees, duration and format are shown before booking. Initial clinical hypnotherapy sessions are 80 minutes and return sessions are 50 minutes. Online and Northcote appointments are booked separately.
