Behavioural change is difficult. The only truly effective way to quit smoking, or any other addictive behaviour, is to change the way you think about the issue. The Ready to Quit method is fast and effective and uses safe and relaxing hypnotherapy. This makes quitting so much easier because it changes your attitude to smoking and your relationship with smoking.
Patches, pills, gum and willpower are all doomed to fail for most people because they don’t change your attitude to smoking, and are much more likely to result in a relapse.
- Patches, gum and pills actually make you even more convinced that you are addicted – that you need this small dose of nicotine to help you cope while you quit.
This strengthens the belief that you can’t quit and that you are always going to be a smoker.

- Relying on willpower is the hardest way to try to quit smoking because it automatically introduces a negative factor into the mix. What is the Ready to Quit Program?
- Two individually crafted hypnotherapy sessions – 1 x 90 minutes plus 1 x 60 minutes.
- Two Quit Smoking recordings to use at home.
If you are ready to quit, your unconscious mind will accept the suggestion that you have left the smoking habit behind you. This positive and powerful technique changes your beliefs about smoking and leaves you free of cravings and free of smoking, and with no desire to replace smoking with anything else.
Session 1 involves us getting to know one another in a 30-minute counselling session where specific information relevant to your smoking habit is collected.
This is followed by a 45- 60 minute quit smoking hypnosis that addresses the factors discovered in the counselling session.
Many people stop after this initial 90-minute session.
Session 2 reinforces the work done in Session 1 while further strengthening your new beliefs about no longer needing to smoke. Any unresolved triggers are dealt with here. This 60-minute session is ideally scheduled within 5 days of the initial session.
Two sessions are usually enough.

I have created a complete pre-recorded self-hypnosis Quit Smoking Program that you can purchase directly for just $39.
This is a structured Quit Smoking Program that you can use at home.
In three pre-recorded sessions you will be taken through the complete quit smoking program. This will begin to work from the first session, making you a non-smoker quickly and easily.
Each recording can be used multiple times, if you feel the urge to smoke at any time in the future.
This program is not recommended if you suffer from anxiety or depression and you use smoking to help you cope with the symptoms. Specific targeted therapy is needed for these conditions. You should book an appointment if you need more specialised care.
